To turn off Moodlets in Sims four, You should use the cheat console. Provide up the cheat console by urgent Ctrl+Shift+C, key in “testingcheatsenabled legitimate” with no quotes, then ctrl-click on the moodlet you should remove. Be sure you disable the cheat (testingcheatsenabled false)
